Not only does the obvious of losing weight make me happy on this journey, but it seems that by working out my body is actually tired at a "normal" time for my schedule. Last night was the first night in I don't know how long that I was asleep before 12! Normally at 3 AM I am still staring at the clock. My body last night was tired and so was my mind. Then I woke up this morning feeling GREAT, and NO BACK PAIN! I was sure from my work out my back was going to hurt.... but NOPE! I didn't even have the normal back pain! HOLY MOLEY batman! I can't believe it! :) And it is now 8:24 AM and I am not ready for a nap! I am actually getting ready to do the Walking Away the Pounds DVD! Who knew? LOL! Ok, WATP DVD done for the day! I will probably do it again this afternoon! :) Want to get in three miles EVERYDAY on top of any other activity I do!

Do you actually do three miles already?! Rock on! I'm done after half that! And not everyday either. More power to you. Sometimes I HATE having cerebral palsy.
