Two weeks

The past two weeks I have only lost 1 pound per week. Now, I am okay with that, but I know I wasn't trying like I should. I still made BETTER than normal eating decisions, but I still didn't do what I know I have to do. And that is TRACK what I eat and calculate it. It holds me accountable, and keeps me motivated. So it's officially March 1, as I write this. And I have only 27 days left in my 20's! So that means 26 days til my bday! I want to be down at least 10 more pounds by then! I CAN do this!

FYI: DOWN 15 POUNDS TOTAL SINCE JAN! :)

Five Guys Burgers and Fries....


...is the devil! LOL! No it really is so good, but totally not worth the feeling you have after indulging in a huge greesy hamburger and enough fries for my entire family! But.... I did it on Valentine's Day with my son and enjoyed it... but now it's time to get back to what I know works. THAT IS WEIGHT WATCHERS and ACCOUNTABILITY! :) No loss this past week (big surprise)... but I am a okay with it! Back on track and moving my butt today :) Dr. OZ is going to be great today... 100 people who have lost over 100 LBS! WOOOO! I will exercise while it is on :)


Still down 14 LBS! Not to shabby! Only 27 LBS to my first MAJOR goal! Can't wait to hit it... hopefully in March but maybe omre realistically in April :)

Lucky 14!

I am down 14 LBS! Only 26 more pounds to my first MAJOR goal! I can't even believe it! :) It hasn't been to bad at all! It's actually been nice to feel in control and try new foods. I found out recently that I enjoy sweet potatoes and a newly found love for spinach. It's amazing how different I think of food now! :) SOOOO HAPPY!
