Another yummy snack!


So this past week, even though we have not eaten bad, I still have not felt completely On Plan. Maybe it's bc of the late night snacking I am still doing... but still within points. I know it's still not good to snack at night. We shall see how the Weigh In goes on Monday :)Tonight I had a yummy snack. I had not had ANY fruit all day...and NO dairy..... so I created the following:1- Yoplait light yogurt (Upside Down Pineapple Cake)1- Clementine2 TSP shredded coconutsome orange zestand I took one piece of chocolate (the kind you melt for candy) and grated that with the zester to make chocolate shavings.... (this is less chocolate than one hershey kiss)Let me tell you... it was soooooooooooooo good! The yogurt is worth 1 pt, the clementine is 1 pt. and then the rest is 0.... but I count it as one just incase! LOL! So about 3 all together! But well worth it and helped me get a fruit and dairy in! I still have 10 points left.... but that's another story!
