
Ahhh I am one pound away from 10 lbs down! :) Although one pound is not what my goal is each week (my goal is 2LBS a week), I understand why I didn't lose more. I have not been drinking my water each day, I still have a bad habit of eating late at night, and I have not got as much activity in as I need. SOOOOO.... my plan this week is to shut down the kitchen by 7PM, and to get at least 60 minutes of activity in EACH day! :) Next week will be an amazing difference, I just KNOW IT! :)

PS. I read that a loaf of bread weighs a pound! I lost an entire loaf of bread this week! :) Yay! :)
