Got up this morning and felt a big push to just DO THIS! Why do I set myself up for failure by saying "I want to lose 100 LBS...." This morning I woke up with a resounding sense of "I want to lose 10 LBS..." so that is my NOW SMALLER GOAL that I KNOW I can reach... and if I do that TEN times I will hit 100 LBS! :) XOXOX

This new GOAL is definitely a step in the right direction!! I, for sure, can't look at the whole picture of needing to lose over 200 pounds. I tend to take it in 25 pound increments. Smaller goals are much easier to deal with!!!
